How to request partner portal access request?
Description

Sage Partner Portal is a one-stop shop for Sage Business Partners to access product information, downloads, and other support resources:

  • Customer account, service plan, and product information.
  • Reporting Center and Sage Advisor Dashboard.
  • Downloads and updates, Payroll updates, patches, and hotfixes.
  • Product serial numbers and activation codes.
  • Product documentation, Knowledgebase, and other support resources.
  • User administration for Partner Portal access.
  • Access to your support tickets.
Cause
Resolution

 NOTE: Business Partners can't sign up themselves to access the Partner Portal.

  • An existing contact on the account with full manager rights access can email [email protected].
  • The contact must include the user's name, email address, and access level.

 EXAMPLE: Manager, Employee with Buy/Sell, Employee, or Reporting.

  • When we create the user account, the user will receive an email with a temporary password.

  NOTE: Log in to the Partner Portal and change the temporary password within 24 hours of receiving the email.
