To assign View and Edit permission to all users for all estimates: You can override individual estimate security assignments for all users, allowing all users to view and edit estimates according to their roles, without having to assign View and Edit permissions individually to each user for each estimate. Important: Ensure users are logged off Sage Estimating before changing permissions. - In the Security window, click the Estimates tab.
- In the Estimates pane, select the Allow all users to view and edit all estimates check box.
Note: Turning on general security overrides existing security assignments, but it does not delete them. To restore individual user and estimate assignments, you simply clear the Allow all users to view and edit all estimates check box.
