Resolution

Confirm the Pay Group is setup for salary:

  1. From the Payroll Setup menu, select Employees.
  2. Select an affected employee and note the Pay Group.
  3. From theSetup menu, Pay Groups.
  4. Select the Pay group you noted in step 2 and verify that the Auto Salary box checked and the Salary Hours are correct.

Confirm that the Pay ID is setup for salary:

  1. From the Payroll Setup menu, select Employees.
  2. On the Entry Info tab, note the Pay ID.
  3. From the Setup menu, select Pays.
  4. Select the Pay ID noted in step 2 and confirm that the Salary check box is selected.

Confirm that the salary pay is set to calculate automatically:

  1. From the Setup menu, select Employees.
  2. Click Pays and confirm the Auto check box is selected.
