During PM Tasks, eFile Form 1099, in the 1099 Preparer window, you can enter the tenant's email address in the Electronic Delivery - Email Address column and mark the box in the Electronic Only - Electronic 1099 column. (Note: This information is not stored or saved on the tenant in Property Management.)

Note: Make sure you receive a completed Electronic 1099 Consent Form (per IRS requirements) from each tenant who wants to receive their 1099 electronically instead of receiving a paper copy. Refer to Electronic 1099 Consent Form
