1. Connect to Database Administration as an SQL administrator and a company administrator. 2. Go to Advanced Settings, Twilio Email Settings.  3. After connecting your Twilio account in Database Administration: - Configure Twilio as the email service for each of your companies
- Enter these settings in Sage 100 Contractor on the Email and Fax Configuration tab in the 7-1 Company Information window
- Enter one or more email addresses in the Send email notification of backup failures to: field in Database Administration for Sage 100 Contractor, Advanced Settings, Advanced Backup Settings, to send a notification of a failed nightly backup
