If the error appears in Sage BusinessWorks 2021: - If using 32-bit Microsoft Outlook, select ISG MAPI as your email service when emailing.
- If user 64-bit Microsoft Outlook, select Outlook as your email service when emailing.
If the error appears in Sage BusinessWorks 2020 or prior: - Reinstall Microsoft Outlook or run a repair on MAPI.
Note: On a PC running 64-bit Outlook this message appeared but the emails still sent without error. If you receive the error check Sent items to see if the email sent successfully. [BCB:163:Chat BusinessWorks US:ECB]
