How do I reset my password on the Customer Portal?

Resolution
  1. Go to the Sage Customer Portal.
  2. Select Log on at the top right.
  3. Select Reset My Password.
  4. Enter the email address that you use to log in and click Submit.
  5. Follow the steps in the email to reset your password.   NOTE: The link to reset the password expires in 24 hours.
