| Resolution | - Select Utilities, Paya Credit Card, Display Status to display your merchant credentials.
- Make note of the Merchant ID and Merchant Key as you'll need these for the next steps.
- Contact a Paya Account Executive at 800-652-2370.
- Provide your merchant credentials and request to switch from a Vault Only to a Transactional account.
- After the Account Executive confirms the change, go to Utilities, Paya Credit Card, Setup Wizard.
- Complete the Sage Exchange Setup Wizard.
