Accounts Payable and General Ledger are out of balance (AP entries deleted in GL Change Entries)

Description

Cause

Accounts Payable transactions were deleted in General Ledger Tasks, Change Entries.

Resolution

The missing entries will need to be manually entered in General Ledger through Tasks, Record Entries.

If you need assistance with identifying the missing entries, contact your Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate consultant orSage Expert Services.

To prevent this in the future, verify in General Ledger File, Company Settings, GL Settings, Processing Options that Edit transactions created outside GL is not selected.
