How to set up a Web Services User that will work for Estimating integration (Intacct) (SQL)

Resolution
  1. Set up a Web Services User in Intacct of type Business, with limited admin privileges.
  2. Set up a Role. Assign Permissions to the role for the following Subscriptions: Administration, Company, Accounts Receivable, and Projects (may be renamed “Jobs”).
    1. In Administration, assign View to Application Subscriptions.
    2. In Company, assign View to Departments and Locations (Departments may be optional)
    3. In Accounts Receivable, assign View to Customers(Customers may be optional)
    4. In Projects, assign View to Estimate Types, Standard Cost Types and Standard Tasks. Assign All (View, Add, Edit, and Delete) to Cost Types, Tasks, Projects, and Project Estimates.
  3. Assign the Role to the User.
