Sage Paperless Construction: Where do I set up the refresh interval for my cloud sync?

Resolution

In deployment 2022.1.0.3 the Data Lists for the Cloud Sync were optimized with a Refresh Interval customization option.

  1. Open Sage Paperless Construction as an Administrator.
  2. Go to Administration on the Ribbon.
  3. Open Cloud Sync.
  4. Select the data list type from the Data List tab.
  5. Click Set Refresh Interval.
    Note: List types set to System Controlled refresh intervals cannot be adjusted.
  6. Configure the Refresh Interval as needed.
