If you do not own Crystal Reports or do not know how to use it, please contact your Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate Consultant or Sage Professional Services Group for assistance. - Make sure the Timberline Data Source ODBC DSN is set to the database that is receiving the error.
- From the Windows task bar, click Start and select All Programs, ODBC, 32bit ODBC Administrator.
- Select the Timberline Data Source.
- Select Configure.
- Click Select Folder then select the company data folder that is receiving the error.
- Click OK.
- Click Options.
- Specify the Table and Field Naming as Standard Descriptions.
- Mark the Use maximum table segment size check box.
- Clear the Shorten field and table names check box.
- Click OK.
- Click OK.
- Open the design in Crystal Reports.
- From the Database menu, select Database Expert.
- In the Selected Tables section, expand Timberline Data Source.
- Right-click on MiscCompliance.
- Select Edit Command.
- Change the reference JCM_MASTER__JOB."Project_Manager" to JCM_MASTER__JOB."[field name]" AS "Project_Manager"
- For example, if the Project Manager field name was changed to Contact, then change the reference to JCM_MASTER__JOB."Contact" AS "Project_Manager"
- Click OK.
- Save the design as modified name.
- Change the AP report menu to use this modified report or add the modified report to your AP report menu in Reports Manager. See How do I add a report to a Reports menu?
