Set up Sage HR integration with Sage 300
Description
You can connect Sage HR with Sage 300 to onboard employees and synchronize employee records between both systems.
Cause
Resolution

Complete the setup tasks in Sage 300 and Sage HR to enable integration and employee synchronization.

Prerequisites

  • Use Sage 300 version 2023 PU7, 2024 PU3, 2025, or later.

    NOTE:

    Confirm the product update level before starting the integration.

     

Integration setup steps

  1. Download and install Sage 300 Integration for Sage HR.
  2. Open the Company Profile and confirm your Tax Number, Business Registration Number, and Legal Name are valid.
  3. Select Common Services, Sage HR Integration, then Sage HR Setup.
  4. Select Connect Company.
  5. Select Get Started on the welcome screen to open the Sage HR Dashboard.

    NOTE:

    Use Administrator credentials for this step to add other users.

     

Employee synchronization steps

  1. In Sage 300, select Common Services, Sage HR Integration, then Sync Employees.
  2. Open Employees NOT synced with Sage HR.
  3. Double-click each employee you want to sync.

    NOTE:

    Each employee needs an email address.

     
  4. Select Add Selected Employees to Sync List.
