Important: Don’t rename or delete the new.art. The AR Transactions won't balance with the AR Activity records. Correcting this requires a chargeable file fix.

If you have unposted transactions that you don't want, post them and then void them.

If unposted items are too far into the future to post, contact support to schedule a file fix. A file fix is the only way to remove them. This applies to entries many years in the future, as opposed to 1 year in the future.
