  • Custom Reports: Design, create and test custom reporting requirements for leveraging Report Designer or Crystal Reports.
  • Data Merge: A data merge is the process of consolidating multiple data folders into one. The original setup might have been to put the data in separate folders, but due to business expansion or new processes, it now would be more feasible (and easier to use) if everything were stored in a single data folder. Most data merges also require key changes.
  • Data Modifications: Data modifications when it's not possible or practical to edit data directly in the program. For example, updating multiple employee pay information, adding the bank ID to many AP distributions, changing the GL retrieval method in Job Cost, removing unwanted data, changing GL periods or fiscal end dates, etc.
  • Data Splits: Data splits are necessary when a data folder holding multiple companies needs to be separated. This occurs when you sell some of the companies or the customer needs to control user access by the company. SES can help facilitate this by splitting a single database into multiple new databases.

  • Installation and upgrade: Installation and upgrade of Sage 300 CRE on servers and workstations
  • Key Changes: The key change process finds and replaces all occurrences of the key field based on the spreadsheet or criteria provided. Companies often outgrow their initial setup and need a key change to keep the software working at optimal performance
  • Server Migration: Migrating server and data to a new location

  • Add-on Solutions: Sage Expert Services can deliver applications that expand on the functionality of the core Sage Fixed Assets software. For example,
    • Advanced Import Utility for Depreciation importing data that integrates with ERP source data
    • Advanced Import utility for Planning integrates with ERP source data
    • Global Security Manager allows users to manage security across multiple companies from a single interface
    • Posting Link outputs GL posting files in a customer-specified format for depreciation, additions, and disposals
  • Data Conversion: Convert and import data from third-party applications into Sage Fixed Assets or Sage Planning. Data formatting and validation in Sage Fixed Assets. Identify potential data issues before importing and present options for resolving the issues. The cost depends on the number of companies,  assets, and data complexity. 
  • Data File Maintenance: Edit existing data in the Sage Fixed Assets application. For example, revalue assets due to an acquisition. The fee varies with company size, number of assets, and edits required.
  • Database Rebuild and Recovery: Rebuild a database using a variety of tools to correct data corruption
  • Database Upgrade: Upgrading an existing database to the most current version.
  • Installation: Sage will install the application remotely. The installation includes both the server and client components. Installations can be done in both on-premise and hosted environments. The installation services include up to 5 client machines. (Additional clients may incur an added charge)
  • Managed Services: Sage handles all product updates and patches for a customer. Sage will contact the customer to schedule the update when a new release is available.
