In version 24.1, we added a new vendor Alternate Address to the 1099 Settings tab in the vendor setup. The existing 1099 Preparation reports don't use the Alternate Address. We’ll fix this in a future release of Sage 300 CRE.

We resolved this issue in version 25.1.

For versions before 25.1, rename or move the existing reports and then download the attached reports.

1. In File Explorer, browse to the Report folder. The default location on the server is C:\ProgramData\Sage\TIMBERLINE OFFICE\9.5\ACCOUNTING\Report.
2. Find the following report names:
   • AP 1099 Preparation Report by Fiscal Entity.rpt
   • AP 1099 Preparation Report by Prefix A.rpt
   • AP 1099 Preparation Report by Prefix AB.rpt
   • AP 1099 Preparation Report by Vendor.rpt
3. Rename each report (add "Old" to the name) or move them into another folder (create a subfolder named "Originals").
4. Download the attached reports and save/extract them to the same Report folder location in step 1.
