Why doesn't the CPRS Preparation report show the vendor's Alternate Address?
Description
Cause

In version 24.1, we added a new vendor Alternate Address to the T5018 Settings tab in the vendor setup. The existing CPRS Preparation report doesn't use the Alternate Address. We’ll fix this in a future release of Sage 300 CRE.

Resolution

Rename or move the existing report and then download the attached fixed report.

  1. In File Explorer, browse to the Report folder. The default location on the server is C:\ProgramData\Sage\TIMBERLINE OFFICE\9.5\ACCOUNTING\Report.
  2. Find the AP CPRS Preparation.rpt report file.
  3. Rename it (add "Old" to the name) or move it into another folder (create a subfolder named "Originals").
  4. Download the fixed APCPRSPreparation.rpt and save it to the same Report folder location in step 1.
