Employee fields aren't syncing to Sage HR
Description
Cause

If any employee data fields are left blank in the initial employee upload to Sage HR, they won't sync. From then on, when syncing, they're not added in Sage HR.

Resolution
  • Log in to Sage HR and add any fields that weren't part of the initial upload to the employee's record. From that point, any changes to those fields will sync back and forth during uploads or Sage HR sync.
