Using the Services Console

1. Start, Run or press Win + R, type services.msc, and hit Enter.
2. Locate the service you want to manage.
   • For version 19.8 or earlier, the service name is Sage 100 Contractor Hosting Framework
   • For version 20 or later, the service name is Sage 100 Contractor SQL Hosting Framework
3. Right-click the service and choose:
   • Stop – to halt the service
   • Start – to initiate a stopped service
   • Restart – to stop and start the service in one step
