Property Management records with unposted transactions
Description

There are six transaction records which can contain unposted Property Management (PM) transactions.

Depending on the task or process, one or more of the following transaction records can contain information in the New.pmt file. Create individual reports in Report Designer using each record to view unposted transactions before you rename the New.pmt file.

  • PM - Transaction
  • PM - Misc Inc Transaction
  • PM - Ledger Adjust Transaction
  • PM - Escalation Transaction
  • PM - Fee Payment Transaction
  • PM - Sales Volume Transaction
