Installing Sage Fixed Assets breaks reporting in Sage 100
Description
Cause

Crystal Reports Runtime version mismatch

Sage Fixed Assets version 2025.1 and earlier uses a different Crystal Reports Runtime than Sage 100 version 2025. This difference causes errors when users run reports.
Resolution

Install compatible product versions

Install the following versions on the same computer:
  • Sage Fixed Assets version 2026.0 or later
  • Sage 100 version 2025 or later
Both products use Crystal Reports Runtime version 13.0.34 with these versions. This alignment resolves reporting conflicts and allows reports to run correctly.
