Installing Sage Fixed Assets breaks reporting in Sage 100

Description

Cause

Sage Fixed Assets version 2025.1 and earlier uses a different Crystal Reports Runtime than Sage 100 version 2025. This causes errors when running reports.

Resolution

Install Sage Fixed Assets version 2026.0 or higher and Sage 100 version 2025 or higher to run reports on the same computer. Both Sage Fixed Assets version 2026.0 and higher and Sage 100 version 2025 use crystal runtime version 13.0.34.
