What report can I use to verify the information on my 940?

What report in Sage 50 Accounting to verify information on the 940.

Tax Liability Report

• Generate the Tax Liability Report in Summary format for the year
• Adjusted Gross and Liability should match the information displayed on the 940 for Boxes 3 and 8 respectively

Yearly Earnings Report

• Report totals for FUTA should match the information on the Tax Liability Report for Tax Liability
• Totals should match 940 for Box 8

If there are any differences, audit the Tax Liability Report in detail view and/or the Yearly Earnings report for differences for each employee.
