Employee photo missing after upgrade in Sage HRMS

• Employee photos don’t meet the system requirements
• Permission issues
• Employee photos are over 1 mb file size
• The name of the file for the photo is longer than 50 characters

• Each single file photo size must be at a maximum 1 mb or less.
• The photo files must exist in \\Server\SageHRMSSserver\Data\Photo folder.
• Ensure Sage HRMS network clients have full permissions to the path above.
• Photos must be in the supported file format as noted below.
• Keep the employee photo filename under 50 characters.
• If a photo is missing its likely, it didn’t meet one of the above criteria. Update the photo format according to the instructions below.

We also applied new attachment technology to your employee photos.

This release automatically updates existing employee photos so that they display on the employee record.

Limit each photo to 1 MB and use PNG, JPG, JPEG, or GIF file types.

Note: File type or size can prevent some photos from converting, so review each employee and verify that the photo displays correctly.
