Cause

  • In Sage 100 with a SQL backend (aka Premium), reports run from the custom report menu are run under the MAS_Reports Login
  • The MAS_Reports Login is defined as a datareader. A Login with datareader permissions cannot by default, execute a stored procedure

Resolution

User created custom Crystal Reports, which contain a stored procedure as a data source, cannot be added to the Sage 100 custom reports menu and are not supported.
