Unable to access the Sage Payroll Agent Tax Service when performing Payroll Tax Calculation, Tax Rule Inquiry, Tax Table Rate Inquiry or Payroll Status Check

Resolution


The error recorded to the Activity Log will include that the request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.
  • Install Sage 100 Payroll 2.23.2 PR2232T.exe to the Sage 100 Server only if you have this issue.
    • Note: DO NOT install this hotfix if you can connect to the Sage Payroll Agent Tax Service.
