The recommended internet speed to use Sage 100 with AR Automation are:
- 10 Mbps download speed
- 5 Mbps upload speed
Data sync will be attempted once the onboarding completes i.e. the UI (Sage 100) window is closed after a successful sign up. It will then run once per 12 hours by default, but the user can change this frequency to suit their preferences.

Yes. Upon your request, we will delete your data from AR Automation, disconnect your email, and delete your Sage Connect account. Specific details can be found here.
You have the ability to pause your data sync or completely disconnect your sync.
Pausing your sync will interrupt the AR Automation's ability to give you real-time insights into your portal activities and all other related automation capabilities that have a dependency on the data sync. Sage 100 Accounts will stop sending data, but anything previously sent to AR Automation will remain.
You have the option from within Sage 100 to easily disconnect it from AR Automation. This will immediately stop the data sync. If requested by you, we will delete your data from AR Automation, disconnect your email and delete your AR Automation account.
Disconnecting your accounting system, (i.e., Sage 100) from AR Automation will result in the loss of various types of data from AR Automation, if you decide to re-connect at a later time. Specific details can be found here.
AR Automation can be integrated with versions of Sage 100 that are 2023.2 or higher.
AR Automation uses a Sage-hosted email for outbound (one-way) communications, eliminating the need for you to have a dedicated accounts receivable email address. While the emails are sent from a hosted account, your email address will be displayed for recognition by your customers and any replies from your customers will be sent to the email address on your Sage Connect profile ensuring seamless communication with customers.

You can view messages that are sent to your customers within AR Automation. Message history is contextual and can be viewed from the customer record and any related transaction. For example, if a message is sent from an invoice the message history can be viewed in AR Automation from the invoice and from the customer record.
