Summary

Daily Job Transaction Register updates transactions twice with separate User IDs. This happens if 2 AP Invoice with Job batches update at the same time in a multi-user environment.

Cause

Two users update separate batches tied to Job Cost at the same time.

Resolution

Fixed in versions 7.30.4, 7.40.2, and 7.5(2026) when available for download.  Targeted availability is mid-April, 2026.

Known Issue ID:  118459

Workaround:  Assign only one person to update all batches to avoid updating at the same time.
