Resolution

  1. Go to Maintain > Email Setup.
  2. In Email Setup you can choose to use your default desktop email program (usually Outlook or Thunderbird), or you can Use webmail account.
  3. The Webmail account option will allow you to set Sage to email using Outlook.com, Gmail, Yahoo, and Other.
