How to schedule a Premium support callback appointment

 NOTE: This option is only available for customers who have Premium Business Care support contracts. If you don’t have Premium and want to be able to schedule appointments, contact a member of the Sales Team at 1-877-495-9904. Appointments are limited to one (1) per day.  For immediate assistance, contact the inbound technical support team at 866-747-3888. 

Appointments are only available from 12-4pm ET Mon - Friday.

To schedule your appointment, go to https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/[email protected]/bookings/

1. Select the date and time of your desired appointment.
2. Enter your contact details and additional information.
3. Click the Book button.
