Cause
- The latest service release isn’t installed
- Updates installed successfully, but the software doesn't "know" that. This is typically happening on VMs and AWS (Amazon Web Servers)
Resolution
- Install the latest product update. See How to install updates
- For VMs and AWS, simply delete the tax update file from the Updates folder
