Error: "TS 6214" when trying to print preview a report

Summary

When trying to print preview a report on a terminal server, I get a TS 6214 error. No other users on the terminal server get the error when trying to preview the same report.

Cause

Corrupt Windows profile on terminal server
Issue with the printer driver
Display settings on the monitor used to preview
Corrupt AppData folder and Timberline registry key

Corrupt Windows profile

Contact your IT provider and have them troubleshoot your Windows profile or create a new Windows profile for you.

Printer Driver

Select a different default printer and try again.

Monitor display settings

Move Sage to another monitor and preview again.

Corrupt folder and registry key

Close all Sage applications.
Use Windows Explorer and browse to C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming.
Rename the following folders:
- ...Roaming\Sage\Common Desktop
- ...Roaming\Timberline
Use Windows Explorer and browse to C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local.
Rename the following folders:
- ...Local\Sage_Inc
- ...Local\Sage_Software
Close Windows Explorer.
Go to Windows Start, Programs, Windows Administrative Tools, Registry Editor.
Locate the Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Timberline folder.
Right-click the Timberline folder and select Rename.
Change the name to Timberline_Old and close the Editor.
Launch Sage and test the preview.
