1099 Vendor Report

Information on the 1099 forms comes directly from information entered through the Payments or Write Checks windows. The 1099 Vendor Report can be used to view the information that will appear on the 1099s.

To view the 1099 Vendor Report:

  1. Go to Reports & Forms, Accounts Payable.
  2. On the right side of the window, click once on the 1099 Vendor Report.
  3. On the Select a Report or Form menu, click the Options button.
  4. In the Dates section in the Year to Preview field, select the appropriate year.
  5. Select any desired criteria in the Filters and/or Sorting and Summary sections.
  6. Click OK to generate the report.
  7. Verify the information on the report.

If a vendor’s information isn’t showing on the 1099 Vendor Report or is incorrect, review the Vendor setup, 1099 defaults, and/or the individual payments made to the vendor.
