Understand differences in new Visual Process Flows.

If you created custom Visual Process Flows in earlier Sage 300 versions, you can continue using most of them. One exception applies to flows based on I/C process flow templates.

Sage 300 updated the Visual Process Flow framework in newer versions. Some visual elements and behaviors no longer exist or changed.

Review and adjust custom Visual Process Flows based on I/C process flow templates.

Below are some differences:

• Tooltips always appear. Previously, the program hides the tooltips until you hover over the element with the tooltip
• Bold and italic text formatting doesn't display anymore
• Some text uses a smaller font size
• Text with trailing end‑of‑line characters is missing
• Text containing HTML is missing
• The system doesn't support animations, such as clocks
• The system doesn't support for some images and fill patterns and gradients
• Some elements appear slightly blurry
