Summary

Logging in to the Sage 300 Web Screens Administration page returns an "Error Unexpected Error has occurred."

Description

The Web Screens Administrator page URL is http://<servername>/sage300/Admin.

Cause

The Administrator User doesn’t have access to the Web API.

Resolution

Edit the web.config file in both the [Sage Programs]\Online\Web and [Sage Programs]\Online\WebApi.

Find the setting "AllowWebApiAccessForAdmin" and make the "Value=true".
