Resolution

If Labor Entry is only for Work Ticket time purposes and not being used for Payroll hours worked,

  1. Go to Production Management, Setup, Production Management Options, Labor tab
  2. Select "Set Punch In/Out from Work Ticket Time"
    • Select this option to establish punch in/out records based on labor start and end times.
    • This option is enabled when either Capture Start/Stop Times in Labor Entry is set to "Yes."
