The error "Failure to load DLL" occurs when attempting to close a year in Sage 50 Accounting.
NOTE: If you need to print year-end reports, do so before running the Year-End Wizard.
- Reboot your computer to release any files locked during the year-end process.
- Once rebooted, start Sage 50—U.S. Edition and open your company.
- If prompted by Sage 50 run the Year End Wizard, select No.
- Select Tasks, System, Year-End Wizard.
- Proceed normally through the Wizard.
- When prompted to print the report, click the button labeled Check None. This will skip printing any reports during the Wizard.
- Continue to follow the steps for the Wizard as normal.
