Resolution

To resolve the issue, there is a hotfix available. Please download the hotfix from KB 114250 in the Related Resources section of this article. Please follow the readme file in the attachment for installation instructions.

Note: Before applying the hotfix, please verify that you have installed the latest product updates for your version.
