The April 2022 release added Microsoft Graph for sending email in Sage 300. You need to set up Office 365 and Azure permissions before it works.
Set up the required permissions in your Office 365 and Azure environments so Sage 300 can use Microsoft Graph for email processing.
Open Microsoft Graph Send Mail function.docx and follow that guide to complete all configuration steps. The document outlines the required permissions and setup sequence.
