This solution is for Sage Fixed Assets 2021.1 - 2022.1 where Sage 300 ERP 2023 is installed and used for integration of General Ledger posting.

Close the Sage Fixed Assets Depreciation product before performing the steps below.

  1. Download, Extract the Sage300SecurityPatch.zip. The file inside the zip is named APLink2.dll.
  2. Locate the currently installed APLink2.dll in C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage Fixed Assets\GL_Link and rename it to APLink2.dll.orig.
  3. Take the extracted, downloaded APLink2.dll and place it into the GL_Link folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage Fixed Assets) where the original file was found.
  4. Open the Sage Fixed Assets Depreciation and then do the posting to Sage 300 ERP.
