To log in to the Sage Knowledgebase, follow these steps (if you are not automatically redirected back to this page after logging in, search for Article ID 117152 to return to this article):

  1. Click Sign in from the upper right corner of this page
  2. Enter your Customer Portal Username and Password and click Log on
  3. You should be returned to this article. If not, search the knowledgebase for article ID 117152
