Additional information: background on iShip from its website:
iShip, Inc.'s founders got their start in the shipping business in 1993, when UPS contracted with them to develop UPS OnLine Professional. UPS OnLine Pro became one of the most popular shipping software packages in the world, responsible for shipping well over 1 billion packages per year.
In 1997, iShip.com was founded, with the mission of becoming the "Internet Shipping Service Center." iShip.com shipped its first package over the Internet in 1998 and signed Mail Boxes Etc. as the launch customer for the iShip Service.
In October 1999, Stamps.com purchased iShip.com to create the leading provider of Internet-based mailing and shipping services. Stamps.com introduced the iShip Enterprise Service for corporate customers in May 2000.
Finally, in May 2001, United Parcel Service purchased the iShip business from Stamps.com and the company was renamed iShip, Inc.
Today, the iShip shipping and manifesting solutions are deployed at corporate campuses nationwide and at over 4,500 The UPS Store (TUPSS) locations.
In December 2022, iShip changed the website location to track packages externally and Sage 100 link stopped working. Sage 100 was updated to this new location URL which was later changed again and caused this new link to cease working in January 2023.
Per posts from UCLA https://purchasing.ucla.edu/news/iship-service-will-be-discontinued-2023 and Colorado State University, UPS discontinued iShip service effective 12/31/2022, although nothing appears on the main iShip website.
