Daily Transaction Register (DTR) hangs on "Processing Daily Transaction Register"

The Daily Transaction Register (DTR) hangs on Processing Daily Transaction Register on Windows 11 Version 22H2 or 23H2 workstations in Sage 100.

Print the Daily Transaction Register directly from the menu

• Close the hung task
• Then open Sales Order, Main, Daily Transaction Register and print directly from the menu

Switch to Sage 100 64 bit

• Refer to Converting to 64-bit Version of Sage 100

This can happen in Payroll when printing two reports. For example, Payroll Audit followed by Employer’s Expense Summary where the second report will freeze during printing.
