Tax forms update window doesn’t appear

• Can’t open payroll tax forms
• Tax form progress indicator fills and disappears
• After clicking an update option, the update window disappears and the update doesn’t complete

Automatic update window has opened behind Sage 50—U.S. Edition dashboard.

1. Minimize Sage 50.
2. Go to the https://www.aatrix.com/partners/sage50/updates/ and download the update.
3. Run the downloaded Peach.exe file. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
4. In Sage 50, go to Reports & Forms, Forms, Tax Forms.
5. Open Tax Forms.
6. Verify that the tax form now loads successfully.
