Unable to install tax form update

• The program needs to run with administrator rights
• Aatrix forms update didn’t download correctly
• Processes blocking update

Run the program as an administrator

1. Close Sage 50.
2. Right-click on the Sage 50 icon and select Run as Administrator.
3. Enter the administrator logon information if prompted or click Yes.
4. Open your form and the update will install automatically. If it doesn't, proceed to the next section.

Manually download the update

1. Go to https://aatrix.com/partners/sage50/updates/ and download the product update manually.
2. Open Sage 50 and open the tax forms to verify that the tax forms look correct.
