Error: "Codebase Error #: -200 (or Codebase Error #: 83805") when processing Aatrix forms

  database corruption detected in Dat.bdf"

• Error:"Error opening AUF database: C\users\[username]\Appdata\temp...."

Fix the Aatrix update

1. Open the File Explorer in Windows and browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Peach\FormViewer.
2. Right-click ERRORREPORT.EXE and select Run as administrator. Click Allow if prompted.
3. Select Fix Update.
4. Follow the prompts to run the update fix, and click Close when finished.
5. Verify that the tax forms are working now.

Configure antivirus software

Disable your antivirus or Internet Security program. If disabling it allows the tax forms to open, add exceptions for Aatrix files in your antivirus or Internet security software (check the vendor documentation).

Create a new Windows profile

Create a new Windows user profile. Contact your IT or system administrator for assistance creating a new Windows user profile.
