How do I view an annual tax liability report for state taxes?

1. Click Reports & Forms, Payroll.
2. Click Tax Liability Report.
3. Click the Options button.
4. Click Date and select This Year.
5. Click Tax and select State.
6. Click State and select your two-letter state abbreviation.
7. Click OK to display the report.

Note: You must also have a tax service subscription for the year you’re running the report.
