Error: "Program aborted. Incompatible screen file [TS 6102]" (corrupt shortcut)

You start a Sage 300 CRE application from a corrupt shortcut.

Create a new Windows Desktop shortcut

1. From your Windows Desktop, select the Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate shortcut that causes the error.
2. Right-click and select Delete.
3. From the Windows taskbar, click Start.
4. Find and select the Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate application to start from the shortcut. For example, to start Sage Desktop from a shortcut, select All Programs, Sage Accounting, Desktop.
5. Right-click and select Send To and then Desktop (create shortcut).

Error: "Program aborted. Incompatible screen file [TS 6102]" (An update was applied at the server or workstation, but not both.)
Error: "Program aborted. Incompatible screen file [TS 6102]" (Sage 300 CRE was reinstalled, but the latest Update wasn’t reinstalled)
