I forgot my user name

The CAX files in the company data folder will help identify user names. Use the instructions below to locate these files:

1. Go to File, Open Company.
2. View the Directory column for your company.
3. Open Windows File Explorer and browse to the location listed in the Directory column.
4. Click View and select Details.
5. Click the Type column header to sort the files by type. Locate the CAX files.
6. The names of the CAX files show all Sage 50 user names in the company.
