How to switch from Rich Text format to Normal Text

Sage X3 can be setup to so it captures plain text instead of rich text formatting by changing the input screen that accepts text entries to use plain text.

1. Open Development, Processes, Screens, Screens (GESAMK).
2. Select the screen ACLOB.
3. Select the CLOB field.
4. Right-click on the Graphic object field and select properties.
5. Change the text type to Text (txt) and click OK.
6. Save and Validate the screen.
