How to find the data dictionaries for Sage 300 CRE accounting data.

CAUTION:

Sage support can't assist with third-party products, hardware, report customizations, or state and federal tax questions. Refer to our Scope of Support for more info. Contact your Sage business partner, network administrator, or accountant for assistance.

This only applies to the core accounting applications. You can't use the data dictionaries for Purchasing, Inventory, or Service Management

To view and confirm the latest field lists in each application, generate the data structure list in Report Designer.

  1. Go to Report Designer, Tools, Available Fields.
  2. In the Records Available section, select each record for which you want to view associated fields.
  3. Click OK.
  4. If you want to see ODBC information, select the Include information for ODBC reporting? checkbox.
  5. Click Start to print a report of the available fields. Click Print Preview to view the report on your screen.
